Welcome to Supporter, a digital companion for parents and guardians supporting their young athletes. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years or older and the parent or guardian of a minor athlete. Minors may not hold accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Cancel anytime through your app store.
Use Supporter for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, modify, or misuse content.
Insights are educational only and do not replace professional, medical, coaching, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified experts for decisions related to training, nutrition, health, or development.
Subscriptions and payments are managed by app stores. See the Subscription Policy for details.
Supporter may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app anytime.
All content, trademarks, and logos belong to 2679953 Ontario Inc.
Supporter is not responsible for any injury or outcome resulting from use. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Supporter may reference or provide links to third-party products or services for convenience. These are not endorsements, and Supporter shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from their use.
Ontario law governs this agreement, and disputes are resolved individually in Ontario courts.
Plans and pricing are displayed within the Supporter app and on the official App Store and Google Play listings. Prices may vary by region and currency. All payments and renewals are processed through your app store account under their applicable terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Charges occur within 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel through app store settings.
Cancel before trial end to avoid charges. Deleting the app does not cancel. Refunds follow app store policy.
Prices appear in local currency. Taxes and rates set by app store.
30 days' notice for pricing updates. Current subscriptions remain valid until renewal.
Supporter uses AI to help parents better understand, organize, and support their athletes' growth. AI enhances your insight—it never replaces your judgment.
AI is designed to be transparent, private, explainable, and human-supervised.
Only minimal, anonymized data is processed. Data is stored securely in North America and never sold.
All AI outputs are reviewed for accuracy, fairness, and alignment with Safe Sport and LTAD frameworks.
You choose what to share, can delete data anytime, and can opt out of AI features. You will always know when AI-generated content is presented.
We continually improve transparency and ethics so technology enhances—never replaces—the human role in raising a champion.
Supporter aligns with Safe Sport principles to ensure respectful, inclusive, and responsible support for youth athletes.
Supporter is for parents or guardians, not for direct use by minors.
Users may not upload offensive, harassing, or unsafe content. Supporter may remove any such material.
Parents must avoid entering identifiable personal information about minors beyond what is requested.
Concerns about inappropriate behavior or misuse can be sent to info@supporterapps.com for review.
We follow the values of Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD), emphasizing health, fairness, and respect in all guidance.
